A banquet with some Daddy lovin'

God never stops loving. He hasn’t stopped loving on me, He’ll never stop loving on you, and being able to watch Him love on our friends is something words can’t even describe.
Daniele wants so badly to know how a relationship with God works. She watches me and continually asks questions of, “how do I do that,” or “what can I do to have this relationship with God like you do.” She’s searching that is for sure, but we still need to be lifting her up in prayer. She talks about getting off the streets, but says she’ll have to work two jobs to cover all her bills if she quits prostitution. Please come in agreement with me that she will come to know how much God loves her and will provide for her, and that she will put her trust in Him.
Last weekend Nic was invited to do a conference with Heidi Baker in São Paulo. The weekend turned out great and seeing the people so hungry for what God is doing in their country was an amazing experience. Nic spoke on compassion and shared his heart with the church. The people’s hearts were touched and (we pray) changed forever. The Pastor was so humble and such an amazing guy. We’re excited to hang out with him more in the near future!
God broke my heart, once again, for the nation of Brasil. He has me here for a season and right now there’s no other place I rather be: I don’t want to miss what He’s doing here. I can’t say this enough, I am truly blessed He’s allowed me to be in Brasil to serve this nation. Thank you for your prayers and some of you have financially supported me too, THANK YOU! I know I’ve emailed some of you personally, but publicly, I want to say thank you for making it possible for me to walk in my destiny more comfortably.
Wednesday night (4/4/11) we had our first banquet with a couple of our transvestite friends. One of them called us three times on the way to pick him up because he was so anxious and excited to go to dinner. After we had both of them in the car there was small talk all the way to the restaurant and something that was said, that really stuck out to me, was this comment, “isn’t it nice to ride in the back of someones car, and knowing we’re just going to dinner.” That broke my heart to think they normally jump in the front seat of a complete strangers car, then is paid to be used for the next hour or so, and sometimes longer.
At dinner we had a couple candies at each place setting, the Father’s love letter, and a prophetic word for each of them. We ate at an all you can eat soup buffet then ordered some pizzas :) After we ate we talked about the Father’s Love, and by the end of the night they both received LOVE!! The night was amazing and we were all touched and so happy about the night. We have decided to continue to do these banquets, so please continue to pray for each outcome. If you have any suggestions of a gift we can have for them at these banquets, please let me know :)
Well, it’s starting to get cold here. However, we are still planning on doing some “touristy” activities coming up. We’ve talked about going to see some waterfalls that are nearby and maybe take another day to go to the beach for a little retreat. We are also planning another trip to São Paulo to see Jason Upton :)

OK Have an amazing week and weekend! Do something fun with your family!!
If there’s anything you would like to hear about OR if you have any questions OR want to help out with the banquets and dinners, just let me know!
Bless YOU! Love YOU!
Becky Kay
